DESCRIPTION: The Summary of Work comprises the Storm Watyer Improvements, Rt. 17 and North Causeway in Pawleys Island, Georgetown County, South Carolina. The Sope of work description is intended to be general in nature and is to have the successful Contractor perform all of the work included and presented. within the Construction Contract Documents, paying particular attention to the Summary Schedule, Key Milestones in Division 0, Section 00750. The Contractor shall comply with and be responsible for all of the requirements of the Project Manual including the Drawings and Specifications. Base Bid includes all components of the Project that provide immediate operational service to storm water collection system, including: (a) Replace approximately 1,750 LF of storm water collection system between 48 in.and 15 in. In diameter, and (b) Jack and bore under two SCDOT highways with casing diameters of 42 in. and 48 in. The Alternate No.1 to include a storm water vault with a footprint of approximately 8.5 ft.W x 9.0 ft L x 7.5 ft. DESCRIPTION: The work of this Contract is generally located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. Landfill Gas Collection System complete with: vertical well and wellhead installation, 3,000 linear feet of horizontal collectors with stone backfill, 1000 linear feet 6-inch HOPE pipeline, 450 linear feet 8-inch HOPE pipeline and 900 linear feet 12-inch HOPE pipeline for landfill gas collection system pipeline, condensate sump and pump installation with associated pipe, valves and appurtenances. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the Contract Documents to furnish and install all work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. Complete the Work, in place, tested, and ready for continuous service. Perform or provide repairs, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages resulting from construction operations. Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and incidentals which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not.
