Department Functions:

To serve as a community resource that expands and enriches the lives of residents by providing and promoting the use of the library system’s information, education, and recreation resources.

The Library System provides a lending resource of books, videos, spoken-word cassettes, musical CDs, magazines, and other materials. The Library includes other services such as answering questions, computers for public use, adult and children’s programming, a meeting space, a prison library, and a bookmobile.
