Plan Process · Project News · Upcoming Events · Links Community Enhancement Andrews Library Expansion Design and construciton documents are complete for the addition to the Andrews Library. Construction is expected to begin in mid 2010 with completion expected in 2011. Winyah Auditorum Restoration County Council approved an Accommodation Tax Grant award in the amount of $100,000 on March 24, 2009.
