Plan Process · Project News · Upcoming Events · Links Economic Development 521 Business Park Permits have been acquired to construct a new spec building in the 521 Business Park. Acquisition of property from Mead-Westvaco is expected to be completed in mid July 2009. Construction is to begin immediately thereafter. Data and artist renderings have been forwarded to the SC Department of Commerce for certification of 521 Business Park. Currently awaiting acceptance from SCDOC.
